Situated in Promenade, Greenhills, just a few walk from the usual shopping place, Peri-Peri Grill House has been a well-known casual restaurant with its original and legendary Portuguese-style grilled chicken.
Peri Peri Grill House was originally called Peri Peri Chicken. It has been in the business for 3 years now and has gained loyal guests and lovers of its famous Portuguese – style grilled chicken. Now it has been reinvented as a “polished casual” style restaurant that aims to offer a superb dining experience to guests with the comfort and price of a casual dining. Indeed, the restaurant leans more to the “polished” side. The lights are dim, the decor crisp and classy, the music light, making it easy to forget you’re actually in the mall. Why the change? The owners simply want to make its guests happier by providing excellent food choices, right portions, great prices, exceptional guest service, and great ambiance.
I have been in this place several times already and they never failed me with their chicken. They also got a modern, unfussy interior is clean and neutral while their staff are always welcoming and friendly. The dining concept is simple – grilled chicken served with our choice of sides and sauces. This is the best. Simple but effective and a healthy alternative to takeaways.
While waiting for the food, the sauces being displayed, cutlery and plates were really attention-grabber.
Now here comes the exciting part. After several minutes of waiting, the staff started filling our tables. 🙂

The chickens were really good. They’re really tasty. They just differ from their flavors. I love the one that’s mild. The spiciness is just right for me.
The java rice was for 8 people. Gosh! We were given the choice of steamed rice or java rice. So we chose the latter one. Not sure, but its taste really compliment the taste of the chicken.
The grilled shrimp salad was so good. With the bed of mixed lettuce with three fruits dressing. 🙂
Garden salad is a light salad of lettuce mix, apple cubes, cashews and poppy seeds dressing. Notice that I didn’t have a rating for it, I honestly didn’t get the chance to taste it as I was really full already. My tummy cannot just take it anymore. 🙂
And then here’s our smoothies.
For our desserts, we tried their cheesecakes. See the difference? They’re all cheesecakes but only have different toppings. Yes, they’re quite huge for one person but it’s just sad to see these lonely cheesecakes.
Same with their tiramisu. Clearly, Peri-Peri should consider improving their desserts. Customers, after having a very good meal with their grilled chicken, deserves a very good desserts, yeah? Yes!
